GeneSoft HCX can be diluted up to 10× and MCX up to 5× with clean, cold water. Slowly add water to the concentrate under constant, low-shear stirring (approximately 100-200 RPM) to ensure a uniform emulsion forms. Avoid high-shear mixers as they might destabilize the emulsion.
APEO stands for Alkylphenol Ethoxylates. These chemicals are toxic to aquatic life and do not degrade easily. By formulating our softeners to be 100% APEO-free, we ensure compliance with leading global environmental regulatory standards like OEKO-TEX, REACH, and brand specific chemical restriction lists (RSLs).
For activewear and towels, our Hydrophilic Silicone Variant is highly recommended. Traditional silicones form a water-repellent barrier, which blocks sweat absorption. Our hydrophilic formulation provides a luxurious soft hand feel while preserving or enhancing moisture wicking and breathability.

Under standard, cool warehouse storage conditions (protected from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures), our GeneSoft range remains stable for at least 6 months. It is always recommended to stir the product slightly before use if it has been stored for a prolonged period.
